Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

For all returns and exchanges, please call us directly at 717-793-3611 during business hours.

  • You MUST have a Return Authorization (RA #) number before returning and/or exchanging any items. No items will be returned and/or exchanged without a proper RA# issued by KND.
  • Failure to acquire an RA# number will result in the returns and/or exchanges not being processed.
  • All returns and/or exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of the original order date.
  • There are no restocking fees for exchanges.
  • These is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
  • Returns will be issued a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping fee.
  • There are NO refunds or exchanges on any custom-made items. The measurements provided to KND by the customer are assumed to be factual and correct. The customer will be responsible for all alterations and the full payment associated with said services.
  • Due to liability, all manufacturer defects must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please contact KND if you need manufacturer address or phone number.
  • For any return made to a customer’s credit card, there WILL be a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee is to cover KND for the credit card processing fees incurred from the processing banks.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges, from the customer AND back to the customer.
  • Returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the discretion of KND for the following reasons. (1) Dirt, grease or any other type of stains. (2) Pet hair. (3) Cigarette or smoke odor. (4) Abused and damaged manufacturers packaging (box, bag, etc.). (5) Missing contents: instruction manuals, helmet bags, hardware, etc. (6) Careless and/or improper return packing.
  • We will process your refund for returns within 7 business days of receipt of returned product(s). Please allow up to 2 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Only non-custom orders that have not shipped are able to be cancelled.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once the production process has started on item at the manufacturer.

Price Matching Policy

KND wants your business and believes in providing the best pricing available. If you see the same in-stock product advertised for a lower price, please call us at 717-793-3611 or e-mail us at help@kndsafety.com. We will review the advertised pricing and do whatever we can to either match or beat our competitor’s price. For any price matching, we do require the competitor to have the product in stock. Domestic Shipping Policy

We have an inventory of equipment in stock and work with manufacturers and warehouses throughout the USA to get your order sent to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. If this is the case, the customer will incur no additional shipping charges. KND does not believe in charging the customer extra fees in shipping to make an easy profit. Our website is linked to various shipping companies and rates are updated real-time. Please contact us immediately if you feel that your shipping rates were not reasonable.

  • There are no handling charges at KND, nor do we charge extra for boxes that your items are shipped in.
  • Some items have an oversize shipping charge associated with them due to size and/or weight of the item. If you order one of these items, we will call you when the order is processed to discuss the extra fees that may be involved with shipping this item.
  • MOST orders placed Monday-Friday by 2pm EST are processed same day.
  • We ship within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Please allow up to 2 (two) business days for ground orders to ship during our busiest times of the year.
  • Standard Ground Shipping usually takes 5-7 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.
  • 3-Day usually takes 3 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.
  • 2-Day usually takes 2 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.
  • 1-Day usually takes 1 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S., after your order has been processed.
  • For expedited shipping, orders placed by 10:00AM EST will ship the same day on most occasions. Any order placed after 10:00AM EST may ship the following business day.
  • IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19, NO shipping timeframes are guaranteed by any courier. KND IS NOT responsible and/or liable for any refunds due to late shipments.
  • PLEASE REMEMBER that Saturdays, Sundays and HOLIDAYS are NOT considered business days.
  • Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will not be shipped until we call customer and proper verification can be provided. This is to protect the end card holder and KND against credit card fraud.
  • Any order that is being sent to a freight forwarding company or pickup location (PO Box, UPS Store, etc) will be put on hold until we call customer and proper verification can be provided.

Canadian Shipping Policy

KND is committed to offering our valued Canadian customers the best customer service possible. Please contact customer service at help@kndsafety.com for any Canadian purchasing or shipping questions.

  • The customer assumes responsibility for any duty, taxes, and customs charges. These costs require payment upon receipt of the shipment. The customer agrees to pay charges for any refused shipments.
  • KND will run a credit card verification on each Canadian order. This is to provide safety from fraudulent behavior to both our customers and KND. Each order will be subject to a risk management screening.
  • Any order that is being sent to a freight forwarding company or pickup location (PO Box, UPS Store, etc) will be put on hold until we call customer and proper verification can be provided.
